Our most requested pathway. It covers everything from the moment you land to the moment you fly home: the implant device itself, the surgeon and hospital, a four-star or five-star hotel for you and a companion, every transfer, interpreting throughout, and a patient assistant assigned to you personally.

A short, straightforward pathway for hyaluronic acid girth augmentation. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic block at the clinic, you return to your hotel the same afternoon, and you are reviewed once before flying home.

Two visits, correctly sequenced — surgery first, volume once the swelling has gone.

Lengthening and girth enhancement should not be done at the same sitting; filler placed into freshly operated tissue distributes unpredictably. This programme stages them properly across two visits about three months apart, with the traction protocol that makes the surgical result last.

On pricing

Why the price is quoted rather than listed

A single published figure for implant surgery would be misleading, because the two largest components of the cost — the device you and your surgeon select, and the complexity of your case — are decided after your history has been read. A first-time implant in a healthy man and a revision on scarred corpora carry genuinely different theatre times, device requirements and risk profiles.

So the sequence runs the other way round. You send your case, a urologist reads it, and you receive a written, itemised quotation covering every line in the package. That quotation is fixed, provided your clinical picture matches what you described. If assessment in Istanbul reveals something materially different, we discuss it and re-quote before proceeding — never during a procedure, and never afterwards.
