Our most requested pathway. It covers everything from the moment you land to the moment you fly home: the implant device itself, the surgeon and hospital, a four-star or five-star hotel for you and a companion, every transfer, interpreting throughout, and a patient assistant assigned to you personally.

What is included

Everything in this list is covered by the quoted price

Indicative pricing: Quoted individually — device and hospital category are the main variables. Your written quotation itemises each line below.

01

The implant device

A CE-marked three-piece inflatable prosthesis from Coloplast or Boston Scientific, with antibacterial coating, manufacturer warranty and serial numbers registered in your name. The device card travels home with you.

02

Surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital

All professional fees, operating theatre time, one night in a private room in a JCI-accredited partner hospital, and all in-patient nursing and medication.

03

Pre-operative workup in Istanbul

Consultation, examination, bloods, ECG, chest imaging where indicated and anaesthetic review, completed the day before surgery.

04

Hotel accommodation

Six nights bed and breakfast in a partner hotel within fifteen minutes of the clinic, in a room suited to post-operative recovery. Your companion shares the room at no additional cost.

05

Every transfer

Airport to hotel, hotel to hospital, hospital to hotel, all follow-up visits, and hotel to airport — in a private vehicle with a driver who knows the route and the schedule.

06

A dedicated patient assistant

One named coordinator, reachable on WhatsApp around the clock for the whole of your stay, who accompanies you to every appointment and interprets between you and the clinical team.

07

Interpreting

Consecutive interpreting in English, Turkish, German, Arabic, French or Russian at every clinical encounter, including the consent discussion. Other languages arranged on request.

08

Medication and dressings

All post-operative antibiotics, analgesia and dressing materials for the duration of your stay, plus a supply to take home.

09

Wound review before you fly

A clinic review at around day five, with written clearance to fly and a full English-language operative report and discharge summary.

10

Twelve months of aftercare

Video follow-up at device activation, three months and twelve months, plus direct access to your surgical team for any concern in between.

What is not included

Published deliberately

A package that lists only its inclusions tells you half the story. These are the costs that remain yours, so that the quotation you receive is the amount you actually pay.

  • International flights to and from Istanbul
  • Travel and medical repatriation insurance, which we require every patient to hold
  • Meals outside the hotel’s included board and any minibar or room service charges
  • Treatment of pre-existing conditions unrelated to the procedure
  • Extended hospital stay or additional procedures arising from an unforeseen complication
  • Personal expenses, sightseeing and companion excursions

Day by day

How the visit is scheduled

The schedule is confirmed in writing before you fly, with the name and mobile number of the coordinator who will meet you at the airport.

  1. Day 1 — arrival Met inside the terminal, private transfer to your hotel, and a briefing from your patient assistant. No clinical commitments.
  2. Day 2 — assessment Consultation and examination with your surgeon, bloods, ECG and anaesthetic review. Device selection and sizing are confirmed and consent is taken with an interpreter present.
  3. Day 3 — surgery Admission in the morning, surgery, and one night in a private room. Your companion may stay in the room overnight.
  4. Day 4 — discharge Catheter and dressing removed, wound reviewed, transfer back to the hotel with a written medication plan.
  5. Days 5–6 — recovery Rest at the hotel with daily contact from your assistant. Short walks are encouraged; nothing strenuous.
  6. Day 7 — final review Wound check at the clinic, fit-to-fly clearance, operative report and device card issued, and your follow-up schedule set.
  7. Day 8 — departure Private transfer to the airport. Your assistant remains reachable after you land.

Book flights only after your date is confirmed in writing, and book a changeable return. The fit-to-fly review occasionally recommends an extra day or two, and a fixed ticket turns that clinical judgement into a financial decision. Full guidance is on the patient journey page.
