Penile Implant Revision and Salvage Surgery
Second-opinion surgery for devices that have failed, become infected, or were never right in the first place.
Revision surgery replaces or repairs a penile prosthesis that has failed mechanically, become infected, eroded, or produced a poor cosmetic and functional result. It is technically harder than a first implant and depends heavily on the surgeon’s experience with scarred corpora.

Peyronie’s Disease Treatment and Curvature Correction
Straightening a curved penis — and knowing which operation the curve actually needs.
Peyronie’s disease is a wound-healing disorder in which fibrous plaque forms in the tunica albuginea of the penis, causing curvature, shortening, an hourglass deformity, pain, and often erectile dysfunction. Treatment depends on whether the disease is still active, how severe the bend is, and whether erections are still adequate.

Penile Girth Enhancement with Hyaluronic Acid Filler
A walk-in, walk-out increase in circumference using a reversible, biodegradable filler — not a permanent implant.
Girth enhancement injects cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the loose tissue plane beneath the skin of the penile shaft, increasing circumference immediately. It is performed under local anaesthetic block, takes under an hour, and is fully reversible because hyaluronic acid can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.

Penile Lengthening Surgery
