Regularly. We decline cases where measurements are normal and the distress is driven by body image, where Peyronie’s disease is still in its active phase, where diabetic control makes device infection likely, and where expectations cannot be met by the operation being requested. Declining unsuitable cases is what keeps a surgical result honest.

Yes. Enquiries are read only by the clinical team and the coordinator assigned to you. We do not publish patient photographs, testimonials or case histories, we do not share your details with third parties, and correspondence uses a neutral subject line and sender name if you ask us to.

Your surgeon consults in English, and every clinical encounter — including the consent discussion — is supported by an interpreter in your own language where you prefer one. We routinely work in English, Turkish, German, Arabic, French and Russian, and arrange other languages on request.

Six to seven nights for a penile implant, five to six for Peyronie’s correction or lengthening surgery, three for girth enhancement and two for a diagnostic visit. These are not padded figures — they are the time needed for pre-operative workup, the procedure, and a wound review that lets us clear you to fly.

Yes, and we encourage it. Every package includes a companion sharing your hotel room at no additional accommodation cost, and your companion can stay overnight in your hospital room. Travelling alone is entirely workable too — the patient assistant exists for exactly that reason.

It depends on your nationality. Many nationalities enter visa-free or with an e-visa obtained online in minutes. We issue an invitation letter confirming your appointment and treatment dates on request, which some consulates ask for. Check the current requirements for your passport well before booking flights.

After your surgical date is confirmed in writing, never before. We ask that you book a flexible or changeable return ticket: the fit-to-fly review can occasionally recommend an extra day or two, and a fixed ticket turns that clinical judgement into a financial problem.

Yes, once you have been reviewed and cleared, which is why the wound check before departure is built into every package. On the flight itself, move around the cabin regularly, keep well hydrated, and wear the compression stockings we supply. Long-haul passengers are given a specific plan.

A four-star or five-star partner hotel within roughly fifteen minutes of the clinic, chosen for lift access, room comfort and quiet rather than for a view. Upgrades are available at cost. We do not use hotels we have not stayed in ourselves.

In JCI-accredited private hospitals in Istanbul with full anaesthetic, intensive care and blood bank capability. Consultations, diagnostics and day-case procedures such as filler are performed at our own clinic. We do not perform surgery in a clinic setting that lacks in-patient support.

Yes. We implant CE-marked devices from Coloplast and Boston Scientific — the same models, from the same manufacturers, with the same warranties and serial number registration. Your device card and serial numbers go home with you, so any urologist anywhere can identify exactly what you have.

Antibacterial-coated devices, intravenous antibiotics before incision, alcoholic chlorhexidine skin preparation, a strict no-touch implantation protocol, a dedicated instrument set and a limited-traffic operating theatre. We also insist on pre-operative glycaemic control and clearance of any urinary or dental infection, because patient factors matter as much as theatre discipline.

Contact your assigned coordinator first — they reach the surgical team directly, at any hour. Most concerns are resolved by video review the same day. Where local care is needed we liaise with your own doctor and provide the full operative record. Where a problem requires our surgical correction, our revision policy is set out in writing in your treatment agreement before you travel.

Always. You leave with an English-language operative report, a discharge summary, device serial numbers, imaging and laboratory results, and a follow-up schedule. This is a routine part of every package, not an extra.

Yes, and we require it. Take a policy that explicitly covers planned surgery abroad and medical repatriation — standard holiday insurance usually excludes elective treatment. We will tell you what to look for in a policy if you ask.

Because a single number would be misleading. An implant package varies with the device you and your surgeon choose, the hospital category and the complexity of your case — a revision on scarred corpora is not the same operation as a first-time implant. You receive a written, itemised quotation after your case review, and that quotation is what you pay.

Yes, provided your clinical picture is as described in the information you sent us. If assessment in Istanbul reveals something materially different, we discuss it with you and re-quote before proceeding — never during or after a procedure.

A deposit confirms your surgical date and reserves the device, and the balance is settled at the clinic before the procedure. We accept bank transfer and major cards. Cash payment is not required and should never be asked of you.

Some private policies reimburse treatment abroad and many do not. We provide the itemised invoice, operative report and device documentation that insurers typically require for a claim. We cannot influence or guarantee any individual insurer’s decision, and we do not make claims on your behalf.

Flights, travel insurance, meals beyond hotel breakfast, personal expenses, and any treatment for conditions unrelated to the procedure. Each package page lists its exclusions in full, deliberately, so there is nothing to discover later.

Through scheduled video reviews — at device activation, six weeks, three months and twelve months depending on the procedure — plus direct WhatsApp access to your coordinator in between. Follow-up for twelve months is included in every package.

Desk work in seven to ten days after surgery, and immediately after filler. Gym, cycling and heavy lifting wait four to six weeks after any surgical procedure and two weeks after filler. Your discharge summary gives dates specific to your case.

Six weeks after implant or straightening surgery, six weeks after lengthening, and three to four weeks after filler. These intervals protect the result; there is no clinical benefit and real risk to starting earlier.

For most patients, no. Follow-up is done remotely. The staged lengthening and girth programme requires a second visit by design, and revision cases occasionally need an in-person review — we will tell you at consultation if yours is likely to.
