Prosthetic urology is a low-volume specialty almost everywhere. Ours is the only thing this team does, and the person who assesses you on video is the person holding the instruments.

The rest of the team you will meet
Outcomes in prosthetic surgery are decided as much by protocol adherence and aftercare as by the operation itself. These roles are why a written protocol becomes an actual one.
Consultant anaesthetists
Board-certified anaesthetists provide pre-operative assessment, intra-operative care and post-operative analgesia planning. Patients with cardiac disease, diabetes or obstructive sleep apnoea are reviewed before travel rather than on the day.
Theatre and ward nursing
A prosthetics-experienced scrub team follows the same written no-touch protocol at every implant case. Ward nursing covers drains, catheter care, early mobilisation and the first dressing change.
International patient coordinators
Each patient is assigned one named coordinator from first enquiry to the twelve-month review. They arrange transfers, hotels and appointments, attend clinic visits, and remain reachable on WhatsApp around the clock during your stay.
Medical interpreters
Interpreting is available in English, Turkish, German, Arabic, French and Russian at every clinical encounter — including, without exception, the consent discussion.
Clinical psychology
Available to patients considering cosmetic genital procedures and to couples adjusting after prosthetic surgery. Screening for body dysmorphic disorder is routine before girth or lengthening surgery, and is a reason we decline some requests.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
Traction protocol teaching after lengthening surgery and pelvic floor rehabilitation where indicated, taught in person and reinforced by video after you return home.
Verification
Checking who is treating you
You are entitled to know the full name and specialist registration of the surgeon who will operate on you, and to see it before you pay a deposit. We provide it in writing on request, along with the hospital where surgery will take place and its accreditation status.
We would encourage you to ask the same of every clinic you are considering, and to be wary of any that answers with a brand name rather than a person. In prosthetic urology the individual surgeon’s annual case volume is one of the few variables with a consistent relationship to complication rates in the published literature.
