The calendar shows what the surgical team genuinely has free, in Istanbul time and in your own. Slots open twelve hours ahead and eight weeks out.

You receive the join link, a calendar invitation and your booking reference by email. The same details reach the clinic inbox, and the slot is closed to anyone else the moment you take it.

Consultation hours are Monday to Friday 09:30–12:30 and 14:00–17:30, and Saturday 10:00–13:00, Istanbul time (GMT+3).

Your video consultation is booked
Worth having to hand
- The medication you take, with doses — particularly nitrates, alpha blockers and blood thinners.
- Any previous operative reports, discharge summaries or implant device cards.
- What you have already tried: tablets, injections, a vacuum device, previous surgery.
- Relevant history: diabetes, cardiac disease, prostate cancer treatment, pelvic radiotherapy or trauma.
- The two or three questions you most want answered.
What the call covers
- What is most likely causing the problem, in plain language.
- Which treatments are realistic for you, and which are not worth your money.
- What an operation would involve, how long you would stay in Istanbul and what recovery looks like.
- An honest view on whether you need surgery at all.
Nobody is asked for a card number, and there is no charge for the consultation. If surgery turns out to be the right answer, an itemised quotation follows by email afterwards — and if it is not, we will tell you so on the call.
Privacy on the call
The meeting room is created for your appointment alone, and its address is a random link shared only with you and the clinician. Consultations are not recorded. What you tell us is held under Turkish law no. 6698 (KVKK) and, where you are in the EU or UK, under the GDPR; it is read by the clinical team and your coordinator, and by nobody else. Booking details are kept only for as long as your care requires. Full detail is in the privacy notice.
