Lengthening and Girth — Staged Programme
Two visits, correctly sequenced — surgery first, volume once the swelling has gone.
Lengthening and girth enhancement should not be done at the same sitting; filler placed into freshly operated tissue distributes unpredictably. This programme stages them properly across two visits about three months apart, with the traction protocol that makes the surgical result last.

Visit one — lengthening surgery
Suspensory ligament release with V-Y advancement, plus suprapubic liposuction or contouring where a fat pad is present. Surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre and one hospital night included.

Traction device and protocol
The device supplied, fitted and demonstrated before you fly home, with a written daily schedule and compliance reviewed at every follow-up.

Visit two — girth enhancement
Hyaluronic acid filler at around twelve weeks, once surgical swelling has fully resolved, with measurement before and after.

Hotel on both visits
Five nights on the first visit and three on the second, bed and breakfast, companion included.

All transfers on both visits
Airport and clinic transfers in a private vehicle throughout.

Patient assistant and interpreting
The same named coordinator across both visits, so you are not starting again with a stranger.

What is not included
Published deliberately
A package that lists only its inclusions tells you half the story. These are the costs that remain yours, so that the quotation you receive is the amount you actually pay.
- International flights to and from Istanbul
- Travel and medical repatriation insurance, which we require every patient to hold
- Meals outside the hotel’s included board and any minibar or room service charges
- Treatment of pre-existing conditions unrelated to the procedure
- Extended hospital stay or additional procedures arising from an unforeseen complication
- Personal expenses, sightseeing and companion excursions
- Flights for the second visit
- Filler volume beyond the volume agreed at consultation
Day by day
How the visit is scheduled
The schedule is confirmed in writing before you fly, with the name and mobile number of the coordinator who will meet you at the airport.
- Visit one, day 1 Arrival, transfer and briefing.
- Visit one, day 2 Consultation, measurement of stretched flaccid length, bloods and anaesthetic review. Candidacy is confirmed — or declined, with the reasons explained.
- Visit one, day 3 Lengthening surgery and one hospital night.
- Visit one, days 4–5 Discharge, hotel recovery and a wound review.
- Visit one, day 6 Final review, traction device fitting and protocol demonstration, fit-to-fly clearance.
- Between visits Daily traction at home with video reviews at three and eight weeks to check technique and progress.
- Visit two, days 1–4 Return to Istanbul for measurement, the filler session, a review the following day, and departure.
Book flights only after your date is confirmed in writing, and book a changeable return. The fit-to-fly review occasionally recommends an extra day or two, and a fixed ticket turns that clinical judgement into a financial decision. Full guidance is on the patient journey page.
