A short visit built around a complete diagnostic workup rather than a procedure. You leave with a measured explanation of what is causing your erectile dysfunction, a written report you can take to your own doctor, and a treatment plan with no obligation to have anything done here.

Consultant urologist assessment
A full history, IIEF-5 scoring, medication review and genital examination with an interpreter present.

Laboratory panel
Morning testosterone with SHBG, prolactin, LH, HbA1c, lipids and thyroid function, with results the same day.

Penile duplex Doppler ultrasound
Performed after intracavernosal injection, with peak systolic and end-diastolic velocities measured and interpreted for you.

Cardiovascular risk assessment
Because vasculogenic erectile dysfunction is an early marker of cardiac disease, with onward referral where the findings warrant it.

A written report
A full English-language report with all measurements and a recommended treatment pathway, formatted for your own physician.

Hotel, transfers and assistant
Two nights bed and breakfast, private transfers, and a named coordinator throughout.

Fee credited toward surgery
If you go ahead with a procedure here within six months, the assessment fee is deducted from the package price.
What is not included
Published deliberately
A package that lists only its inclusions tells you half the story. These are the costs that remain yours, so that the quotation you receive is the amount you actually pay.
- International flights to and from Istanbul
- Travel and medical repatriation insurance, which we require every patient to hold
- Meals outside the hotel’s included board and any minibar or room service charges
- Treatment of pre-existing conditions unrelated to the procedure
- Extended hospital stay or additional procedures arising from an unforeseen complication
- Personal expenses, sightseeing and companion excursions
- Any treatment arising from the assessment, which is quoted separately
Day by day
How the visit is scheduled
The schedule is confirmed in writing before you fly, with the name and mobile number of the coordinator who will meet you at the airport.
- Day 1 — arrival Airport meet and transfer. Fasting instructions for the following morning are confirmed.
- Day 2 — assessment Morning bloods, consultation, examination and Doppler ultrasound. Results and the written report are discussed with you the same afternoon.
- Day 3 — departure Private transfer to the airport, with your report and any prescriptions issued.
Book flights only after your date is confirmed in writing, and book a changeable return. The fit-to-fly review occasionally recommends an extra day or two, and a fixed ticket turns that clinical judgement into a financial decision. Full guidance is on the patient journey page.
